My father passed away, and we had to sell his home from a distance. Our family was able to make two short trips to retrieve some of my dad’s belongings, but Kori was able to include many of the larger items in the sale of the house.   Kori not only took care of all the particulars involved in a house with a well and septic system, she also sold the house before it was in the MLS.  She was kind, helpful, and professional.  I would highly recommend her services.
